Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. It opens in a browser such as Chrome or Safari. If you visit often, add it to your home screen. If it will not open inside an app's browser (like Instagram), copy the address and open it in Chrome or Safari.
Do I have to sign up?
You can look around without logging in. To claim a locker or leave a message you need to log in with email, Kakao or Google, or start right away on this device without email. If you start on this device only, you may lose your space when you clear your browser data.
Will my pet's photo be public?
No, not by default. Parts of the name, photo and letter can appear in search only if the guardian turns it on, and you can turn it off at any time.
How do AI replies work?
They are optional. Before you consent, only prepared greetings are used. If you consent, what you write (up to 200 characters) and your pet's name, how you address them and their type are sent to an overseas AI service. Photos, email addresses and account details are not sent. AI replies are labeled, and they are not your pet's real words. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Which languages are supported?
Korean, English and Japanese. Use the language button on the screen to switch. Messages left by other visitors are not translated.
