Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the rights and duties between the operator and users, and the conditions of use, when using Cloud Bridge Memorial (the "Service"). The Service is an online memorial space for remembering beloved pets and sharing feelings.
Article 2 (What the Service offers)
- Claiming and decorating a locker that holds your pet's name, photo and letter
- Lighting a candle, laying a flower and leaving messages
- Additional features such as pebble messages, tree planting, family invitations and walking in the shared space
- Playing background music and sound effects
The Service is run for free by the operator as an individual, and features may be changed, added or stopped without prior notice.
Article 3 (Accounts)
- Users can create an account with an email and password (If you sign up with an email address, we send a confirmation email to that address, and sign-up is complete once you tap the link in it. Please do not sign up with an email address that is not yours.), or use "Start right away on this device" without an account.
- An account started on this device cannot be reopened if the browser's stored data is erased. We recommend linking an email.
- You are responsible for managing your own password. If you forget your password, you can receive a recovery email from "I forgot my password" in the login window. The link in the email expires after a while. An anonymous account started directly on this device has no email address and cannot be recovered. If it is still not resolved, please tell us at the address below and we will help as far as we can, but if we cannot confirm your identity we may not be able to recover it.
- The number of lockers one person can create follows the limit set by the Service.
Article 4 (What users must follow)
- Do not upload other people's personal information such as photos, names or contact details without permission.
- Do not post profanity, hate, slander, ads, illegal information, or anything that harms other users' remembrance.
- Do not upload photos or writing that infringe copyright or other people's rights.
- Do not call the Service abnormally often or interfere with other users.
Article 5 (Posts)
- The rights to photos, letters and messages that users post belong to the user.
- Users permit the operator to store and display posts to the extent needed to run the Service and show screens.
- Photos, letters and messages in a locker can be seen by other visitors. Please do not post anything you do not want public.
- Users can edit or delete their own posts in the Service. For deletion requests that cannot be done on the screen, please tell us at the contact address below.
Article 6 (Operator's actions)
The operator may hide or delete posts that violate Article 4, and may restrict use if it is repeated. When a report or inquiry comes in, we confirm the facts and then handle it.
Article 7 (Changing or stopping the Service)
The operator may pause or end the Service for maintenance, server problems or operating reasons. When ending it, we will announce it in advance on the Service screen or this page and try to leave time for users to keep their photos and writing themselves.
Article 8 (Limits of liability)
- Because the Service is provided for free, outages, data loss and interruptions may occur. Please also keep your precious photos and letters yourself.
- The operator is not responsible, beyond what the law requires, for the content of posts by users or for disputes between users or with third parties.
- Damage caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence is the operator's responsibility as provided by law.
Article 9 (Copyright)
The screens, 3D space, images, background music and sound effects of the Service were newly made by the operator for this Service. They may not be copied, distributed or resold without permission. Open-source items such as the fonts and 3D library used in the Service follow their own licenses.
Article 10 (Personal information)
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Changes to the terms and inquiries)
When we change the terms, we announce it on this page starting 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are unfavorable to users are also announced on the Service screen. For inquiries about these terms and the Service, please contact gureumdari1004@gmail.com.
