Cloud Bridge Memorial is a service for keeping and remembering the photos and memories of beloved pets together. The operator is a single individual operator. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact gureumdari1004@gmail.com.

Login and account information
You can start in three ways. The first is an email account, for which we receive your email address and password. The password is encrypted and stored by the login service (Supabase Auth), and the operator cannot see the original. We use your email only for login, account confirmation, password recovery and confirming deletion requests, and we send no ads or promotional emails. If you sign up with an email address, we send a confirmation email to that address, and sign-up is complete once you tap the link in it. Please do not sign up with an email address that is not yours. Sign-up confirmation and password recovery emails are sent through an email delivery service (Resend), and the recipient's email address is passed to that service. The links in these emails expire after a while. The second is "Start right away on this device," which opens a locker using anonymous login information stored on the device, and if that information is erased, it cannot be reopened. The third is logging in with a Kakao or Google account, where we receive the member identifier and nickname provided by that service (for Google, the name and email; for Kakao, the email and profile photo you optionally consent to). We do not receive a password. If you forget your password, you can receive a recovery email from "I forgot my password" in the login window. The link in the email expires after a while. An anonymous account started directly on this device has no email address and cannot be recovered.
Information you register yourself
We store the locker number, your pet's name and relationship, birthday and the day they became a star, photos, letters and messages, candle and flower records, pebble messages, planted trees and tree photos, information on pets that live together, and family invitation records. Photos, letters, messages, pebbles and tree photos placed in a locker can be seen by other visitors, so please do not upload personal information you do not want public (such as people's faces, addresses or contact details). Family invitation links are stored on the server only as encrypted values, become unusable after 7 days, and their records are deleted 30 days after they expire.
Connection status and visit statistics
The visitor name, avatar position and appearance, and speech bubbles that other visitors can see in the shared space are stored on the server only while you are connected, and are deleted 2 minutes after you disconnect. To improve the site we record only the visit time, the path viewed and the browser type, and we do not store IP addresses or full addresses (including search terms). To prevent abuse, we use a daily hash of your connection address (a value from which the original address cannot be recovered) only to limit the number of requests, and delete it after at most 2 days. If your browser's privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) is on, we do not record visit statistics. Visit statistics records are deleted after 90 days. Hosting and server providers may keep their own ordinary access logs (such as IP addresses) for connection stability.
Memory messages with your pet and AI replies
Once a day, we show a prepared phrase with your pet's name and how you address them filled in. Only if the guardian leaves a reply and consents to AI replies, what they wrote (up to 200 characters) and the pet's name, how they address the pet, and the pet's type are sent through the AI connection service OpenRouter to an AI model (DeepSeek) to create the reply. Photos, email addresses and account details are not sent. The servers of the company that runs the model may be located overseas. Consent to AI replies is requested separately for each account, and the default is not to consent. You can withdraw consent at any time in the message settings on your pet's screen. If you do not consent or you withdraw consent, no AI is used and only prepared phrases are used to reply. AI replies are limited to 10 per person per day, and if the limit is exceeded or the connection fails, a prepared phrase is used instead. If an expression that suggests self-harm or suicide appears, regardless of consent, no AI is used and we show a prepared guidance message (in Korea, the suicide prevention hotline 109, 24 hours; if you are elsewhere, please contact your local emergency or crisis line). A reply written by AI is not your pet's real words and carries an "AI-written reply" label. Reply records are stored so that only you can see them. Memory messages (your pet's greetings, the guardian's replies and AI replies) are deleted after 90 days, and AI usage records (user number and date) are deleted after 30 days. When you report a post, the number of the reporting account, the reason you chose and the location of the reported post are stored on the server and deleted after 90 days. A post reported by 3 or more different people is hidden from other visitors until the operator reviews it, and depending on the result it is restored or deleted, and the author's account may be restricted if necessary. When a post is deleted, its report and hidden records are deleted with it, and when an account is deleted, the reports that account made are deleted too. Posts containing addresses (links), ads or contact details, or strong profanity are automatically filtered before saving and are not stored, and the content of filtered posts is not recorded. If a visitor name contains such content, it is replaced with a default name.
Retention and deletion
Your account and memorial materials are kept while you use the service. You can edit or delete what you left from the service screens. A logged-in user can delete their own account with "Delete account and all records" on the screen, and this cannot be undone. The lockers you own and their photo files, the pet information kept in them, messages and tribute records left by others, family relationships and invitations, trees, and memory messages are deleted. Messages you left in other people's lockers, your pebbles, your memory messages and settings (including AI consent), connection records, restriction records, and the user information of the login service are also deleted. Other people's lockers that you only joined as family are not deleted and only your connection is removed, and trees you planted there pass to the locker owner. When a locker you own is deleted, the family who shared it can no longer see it. For deletion requests that cannot be done on the screen, please tell us using the contact above, and we will handle them after confirming ownership. To prepare for failures, the operator makes a data copy once a day on the operator's personal computer and keeps the latest 30. Even if you delete your account, copies made before deletion may remain for up to about 30 days and are deleted starting with the oldest.
External services and storage locations
Service data and anonymous accounts are kept on Supabase (a Seoul-region server), and the site files are kept on Hostinger. Registered photos are kept as files in the same Supabase's private file storage, and when you change a photo or empty a locker, the previous file is deleted too. We do not send registered photos or writing to outside parties for advertising or analytics, we do not use external analytics tools, and we use the external services named above only for AI replies and for sending confirmation and recovery emails.
Protection and changes
We apply HTTPS communication and database access restrictions (row-level permissions). If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Effective date: November 1, 2026.
